Hi there! I am Sangram. I am from India, currently living in the US.

I explore the great Himalayas in search of masterfully composed photographs. I scamper like a lunatic while taking headshots of famous people. I am also the weirdly coy guy in a busy junction while documenting street life. And yes, in case I was not clear enough, I daydream. I am Walter Mitty without the secret life. In reality, I am a physicist who could pretend to be one of those if it was not for the damn electrons that he has to keep an eye on in the laboratory. "hotemjodi" in my native language translates to "if I was".

I consider myself as a closet photographer. Photography started as a creative escape for me. Over time I have developed a much deeper connection with this art form. I document people and places. I am especially drawn to moments and things that are fleeting, mundane, and quietly beautiful.
